He is graduated as an osteopath from the renowned Health Sciences University with his Masters in Osteopathy in 2024. Additionally Theo is a qualified clinical sport and remedial massage therapist attaining his BTEC5 qualification through the prestigious LSSM in 2015 and has allmost 10 years of remedial massage experience. Theo hails from South africa where he also coached tennis and obtained his graduate diploma in Marketing and Management.
Theo has a life-long fascination with health and fitness and has a strong belief in the innate ability of body to heal itself and decided to actively persue a career in the health sciences after his first hand experiences with back pain and the relief that osteopathy and massage was able to provide him.
Theo is a structural osteopath and specialises in the relationship between structure and function of the body, with the aim of restoring balance and mobility by utilising a range of techniques including joint articulation, and mobiisation and soft tissue massage techniques. Osteopaths may also prescribe exercises as part of the treament plan.
Ostepathy is a manual therapy and Osteopaths are experts at treating the whole body and Theo particularly enjoys treating back and neck pain.
Theo is a member of the General Osteopathic Council that regulates osteopathy in the UK.
