She is a specialist Women’s Health Coach and Personal Trainer, dedicated to supporting women through key life stages such as menopause, postnatal recovery, and pelvic health challenges. With advanced training in pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery (including C-section and hysterectomy), and menopause wellness, Heather combines evidence-based movement, lifestyle coaching, and compassionate care to help women rebuild strength, confidence, and wellbeing.
After experiencing early menopause following surgery, Heather retrained in women’s health and fitness and now works with women both privately and in clinical partnership. Her holistic approach supports the whole person — physically and emotionally — and is rooted in empathy, lived experience, and proven therapeutic methods.
