David Perkins is an experienced yoga therapist who’s been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching group classes since 2016. David’s yoga teacher training was completed at the Himalayan Institute, one of the leading yoga and meditation retreat centres in North America.
Additionally, David works with people who have different levels of experience in yoga, including complete beginners. That being so, David is able to apply different techniques of yoga in his teaching, having studied with a diverse range of teachers.
David believes that yoga is about alignment, activation and awareness, made accessible with individual modifications, infused with ease and stability, connected with breath, embracing profound relaxation to cultivate a steady mind.
