James has been studying Tai Chi & Qigong for 40 years, and has been teaching classes for all ages and abilities for 25 years.
He is the author of 3 books on tai chi, and is both a qualified teacher (PGCE), and an acupuncturist.
He is a member of the BCCMA, the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, and the Longfei Taijiquan Association.
Tai Chi: To enhance mobility and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and help with posture and with joint problems. Classes also work on breathing, relaxation, and de-stressing.
Qigong :Sets of exercises, not only for one’s over-all health, but also for specific organs and problems, e.g. exercises for the Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Digestive systems, as well as exercises for the bones & joints, the Liver, the Kidney, and diabetes.
