Elaine graduated from the internationally recognised British School of Osteopathy, one of the most respected institutions of osteopathy in the UK in 2004.
Elaine is registered with the General Osteopathic Council(GOsC), is a member of the British Osteopathic Association, Backcare(the Charity for Healthier Backs) and the Guild of Postnatal Exercise Teachers.
As well as being a registered Osteopath, Elaine also holds an Honours Degree in Exercise Physiology and has been a qualified personal fitness trainer for over 22 years.
Elaine holds several high level qualifications in this field, together with experience in club management, academic course lecturing and has published articles about health and fitness.
Elaine’s approach to primary healthcare reflects her decades of experience by blending Osteopathy with exercise and her style of treatments reflects this, so a wide variety of techniques are employed, most commonly including manipulation of soft tissue techniques as well as those drawn from the field of Cranial Osteopathy.
Elaine is able to treat an extensive range of conditions.
